1. Plan the roadmap for our brand presence in the online space
2. Plan and roll out effective SEM campaigns in high volume categories for maximizing conversions, while simultaneously optimizing on the cost-of-acquisition.
3. Develop activation campaigns on social channels
4. Develop, moderate and monitor social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Mobile apps, Instagram, LinkedIn, blogs, Wikipedia, etc.) on a daily basis.
5. Recommend and optimize social content calendar to generate highest engagement
6. Develop and deliver performance reports of on-going engagement
7. Familiarization with social management and analytical tools
8. Conceptualize and deliver an experiential website
9. Manage marketing agencies and key vendors to get the best out of them.
10. Maintain a keen sense of business performance and continuously implement new ideas & innovations to support growth of key product families.
11. Foster a team-working climate and leadership skills to improve our budget closer to reflecting business.
Salary range - 14-21 LPA
