1. PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for executing activities related to product and revenue management
- Competition bechmarking and analysis

Understand market/competition activity, prepare analyzed report and suggest product improvisation
Study customer behavior to improve product offering
Achieve targeted revenue
Formulate revenue enhancement programs and execute them
- Monthly product performance analysis and AOP tracking
- Execute long term initiatives as well as tactical promos to ensure revenue achievement
Upsell / Upgrade programs
Migration
- Coordination with marcom team for all customer communications and POS developments
- Responsible to resolve all customer queries and issues
- New product functionalities initiatives and development coordination
- Product Offering creation and configuration
Key Action Areas:
- Competition benchmarking
- Revenue and ARPU achievement
- Customer Offering roll out
- Product Performance tracking
- Conceptualize, propose and execute programs for revenue enhancement
2. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- MBA/PGDBM or equivalent Sales & Marketing
- 2 to 4 years work experience in functions like product management
- Preferred industries - Telecom/DTH industry, or any other product services industries.
- Good analytical and data handling skills are a must.
