JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position title: Senior Manager OR Manager - Equities Product

Locations : Mumbai - Corporate Office

Department: PMS/AIF

Grade: IL-4 / IL-3

Organizational relationships

Reports to : AVP Product

Purpose of the Job :

- Responsible for the new and existing product development and tracking product profitability.

- Responsible for the product function in AIF/PMS with a 360 degree perspective which includes product development / innovation / communication etc.

Key responsibilities :

- Development of New Products (predominantly Equities).

- Market Intelligence.

- Communication to both internal & external teams on product parameters.

- Engagement with Internal teams including Sales and other functions.

- Monitoring Product performance.

- Behavioral Competencies

- Strong writing and equity research skills/orientation.

- Analytical bent of mind with sound reasoning abilities.

- Sound interpersonal skills.

Role Specific Competencies:

- Thorough Market Knowledge.

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp

- Post Grad / MBA with 5 - 10 years of work experience.

- Background in Financial services essential.

- Understanding of SEBI PMS & AIF regulations.
