JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position title: Chief Manager - Finance

Locations: Corporate Office

Department: AIF

Grade: IL-3

Organizational relationships

Reports to: Administrative Reporting to CEO, Reliance AIF Mgmt Co Ltd

Functional Reporting - Group CFO, Reliance Nippon Life AMC

Purpose of the Job :

- Managing Accounts of AIF AMC

- Provide support in structuring of new AIF funds

- Fund Accounting / Taxation support to Operations team

- Co-ordination with Auditors

- Co-ordination with Direct / Indirect Tax Consultants

- Co-ordination with Other Departments

Key responsibilities :

- Handling AIF Management accounts

- Responsible for Management Fees, Setup Fees and Brokerage calculations.

- Monthly MIS to Management

- Tax and Regulatory Compliances.

- Handling Internal & Statutory Audits of AIF Mgmt & Funds

- Handling Investors queries relating to accounting & taxation

- Provide support in structuring of new funds

- Accounting / Taxation support to Operations team

- SAP FICO - Operating knowledge

Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Exp : 8-12 years of post qualification relevant work experience in BFSI Domain
