- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, recognition, and other perks to attract, motivate, and retain employees.
- Design and implementation of compensation structures, incentive plans, employee wealth creation programs, ensuring they are fair, competitive, tax efficient and aligned with annual budgets.
- Design and implement/manage employee benefits programs, including employee insurance schemes, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other employee perks or policy benefits, ensuring they meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
- Analyze market trends, benchmarks, and best practices to ensure the organization's total rewards offerings remain competitive and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Partner with HR leaders, finance, and other stakeholders to finalise and manage/monitor HR Budgets.
- Provide Periodical management reports on HR commercials to HR business partners
- Drive the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases, PLI & PLI Booster payouts, and ensure timely and accurate communication to employees.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition teams to develop competitive compensation offer structures that attract top candidates while aligning with the organization's total rewards philosophy.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs rolled out/implemented through data analysis, employee feedback, and key performance indicators, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Carry out internal audits on some of the critical areas like, Offer management, New joiner salary master, Resource allocation and internal debits/credits, One time / Recurring payouts/recoveries, Monthly Payroll areas, Usage of Policy benefits, Annual Increments/Promotion guard rails etc. and report/control/correct anomalies.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
