Talent Identification & Sourcing : - Identify and create ready pool of talent to fill up vacancies reducing the turnaround time for retail staff - Partner with operations team to drive store manning & hiring for existing and new store openings - Evaluate and hire talent for store leadership roles Onboarding & Induction : - Creation of induction plan and ensuring quality induction for new hires - Lead New Hire Feedback and action planning - Evaluate new hire performance Employee Retention : - Create employee retention strategies - Proactively address employee grievances and issues - Partner with operations team to drive employee motivation & productivity Talent Management : - Creation & management of internal progression programs for career progression - Identification of talent and succession planning - Leading role transitions & career movements - Leading performance management for retail employees - Managing internal HR communication - Work with COEs to manage transactions related to employee life cycle hire to retire & adherence to HR SOPs Campus Engagement : - End to end execution of internship program - hiring, on boarding and evaluation - Planning, driving, and executing campus hiring plan for hiring of front end roles based on requirement. Employee Experience : - Lead employee engagement programs for the retail staff - Drive Rewards & Recognition and employee experience programs - Adherence to engagement budget - Administering engagement surveys to gather employee feedback - Executing interventions for the retail teams - out bounds/experiential learning workshops etc. - Lead the employee wellness agenda Required Candidate profile : - Min 10 years of experience, either in HRBP / Employee Life Cycle Mgt. / TM - Post-graduation degree in HR/MSW/Psychology
