We are looking for a talented individual with commercial acumen to assist us drive this arm of the Business. You will need to be a self-starter with a solid operational track record in the vehicle Car rental industry preferably within the Gurgaon, Delhi NCR. You will be an all-rounder who is willing to deliver hands-on responsibilities as well as shape the business and be willing to take responsibility for extending our customer base both private and commercial. This post would suit an ambitious entrepreneurial candidate who is comfortable with managing a varied workload and assuming responsibility and accountability for their area of the business.
- To carry out all Business development related activities, and handling all the business opportunity from the existing & new clients.
- Responsible for achieving revenue target for assigned HUB
- Responsible for identifying & acquiring new clients for Delhi NCR
- Handling corporate presentations and finalizing the deals / contracts.
- Responsible for organic growth by maintaining healthy relationship with the existing corporate.
- Ensure retention of clients.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Review of receivables, monitoring & controlling of outstanding.
- Regular monitoring; feedback of service quality from customer.
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and closely interaction with them, understanding their requirements accordingly.
- Doing market analysis as well as competitor analysis.
- Keeping & monitoring the track of client business trend to maintain the sales growth.
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
- Keep up with industry relevant topics.
- Maintain market Intelligence, knowledge of competition and positioning.
Desired candidate profile.
- Understanding of the Car Rental industry.
- MBA Degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Solid, successful and specific experience in B2B & B2C sales activities, minimum 2- 3 years.
- Focus on client and customer, e.g. ability to initiate and maintain effective business relationships with clients, to interpret client needs and find tailored solutions to each specific customer.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Appetite for challenges and results driven.
