What are we looking for?
We, at Relevel, are looking to onboard a VP- Inside Sales . This is a leadership role and has high visibility and responsibility and reports directly to the CEO
What will you be working on?
Collaborate with other functions in order to develop sales strategy for enhancing the company's growth
Effectively create and articulate ROI in various negotiations
Ensure that the organisation meets its stipulated growth goals
Lead pitch development process
Assist in building a high-performing sales process
Ensure the consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organisation
Keep track, monitor, and respond to all company's performances related to sales
Develop effective benchmarks for optimum team performance
Inspire and foster a high-performing sales culture
Recruit and develop team who will lead the business forward
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Creativity and ability to be a problem solver; with willingness and ability to figure out things on the fly
- Ability to understand online metrics and analytics, and communicate ROI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of business practices and industry trends
- Ability to influence people
- Imaginative, motivated and able to work effectively under pressure
