- As a Program Manager, you will be a member of the CEO's office and execute on priorities that have been set out. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to help them streamline their respective functions and ensure that information is present and easily accessible.

Responsibilities :

- Ensure all stakeholders are up to date in terms of day to day reports, project milestones and visibility to capacity

- Improve communication across the board and ensure that we constantly develop and maintain systems that ease this out

- Act as the primary problem solver for the company. Should be willing to work in any function and come up with long term solutions

- Identify and work on the development of product led solutions to improve productivity of the entire organization

- Constantly leverage technology to bring about more automation within the organization

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategic consulting, Founders office or Strategy roles.

- Strong analytical and data gathering skills (SQL), including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights

- Excellent Communication, Presentation and Research skills

- Knowledge of Tableau is good to have
