In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our gold loan business by developing and implementing effective strategies.

You will work closely with dealers, DSAs, and brokers to generate leads, while also collaborating with branch channels to drive sales growth.

Your focus will be on maintaining profitability, achieving ambitious targets, and ensuring the success of our gold loan offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative sourcing channels to generate a steady stream of qualified gold loan leads.

- Craft comprehensive business development plans and strategies to maximize gold loan market penetration.

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with dealers, DSAs, and brokers to secure a consistent flow of new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with branch network to ensure smooth gold loan processing and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor profitability metrics and implement strategies to achieve aggressive business targets.

- Design and execute impactful sales promotion activities that comply with bank regulations, driving up loan volume and value.

- Conduct retail activities to enhance brand awareness and expand customer touchpoints within the target market.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the gold loan sector.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.

- Strong understanding of the gold loan market dynamics and customer needs.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (master's a plus).

- Experience working in the financial services industry, particularly with gold loans.

- Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams (if applicable).

- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and banking norms
