Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Help in Account Opening at IBL branches and assist the sales team
2. Build Relationship with every department of the branch
3. Assist in documentation requirement from customers
4. Help in account conversion
5. Coordination with Account Opening Team (call centre) and Relationship Manager Helpdesk
6. Enable and conduct trainings to sales teams at branches
7. Help Relationship Managers/Business Development Managers do promo activities in corporates and apartment complexes
8. Daily MIS of accounts from branches
Candidate desired profile :
1. Minimum graduates. MBA preferred
2. Post MBA 1 year of prior experience or 3+ years for graduates
3. Prior Sales or Account Management/Relationship Management in Banking or related Industry preferred
4. Very good spoken and written communication skills
5. Preferably from Banking, Broking, Mutual Fund or Hospitality Industry
6. Preferably should have an understanding of how a Bank Branch operates
This will primarily be an account management and a coordination role and will be required to travel within the city to all assigned branches. While we are an equal opportunity employer, female candidates will be preferred.
