Relationship Manager - Wholesale Banking

Job Profile :

- Originating & managing large corporates- complex, multi-geography portfolio, with turnover of minimum INR 1500cr including independent origination work

- Assist in preparation and finalization of detailed account by account plan for all banking products in collaboration with various product teams and execution strategy for each client.

- Due diligence of corporates and completion of approval process including issuance of final sanctions / setting up of limits and completion of related documentation.

- Portfolio monitoring, analysis and regular reviews during the relationship lifecycle

- Deliver a differentiated client experience in partnership with service teams. Cross selling various banking products like transaction banking products, FX products, electronic payment solutions, CMS, corporate fixed deposits, vendor financing, salary accounts, credit cards, retail asset loan products

- Collaborate with the various Product Sales Managers across all Banking products to ensure efficient and effective cross sell.

- Work jointly with Credit Risk teams to design and improve credit programs and parameters that will enable growth across the target segment.

- Contribute effectively towards meeting financial and other targets of the SBU

Candidate Profile :

- Strong analytical, presentation, negotiation and customer service skills.

- Deep knowledge of credit assessment, all banking (fund based/ non-fund based/ float or flow based including non-credit products) and the attendant regulatory isssues

- Investigating skills- provide insights, adopt a practical approach & develop expertise in various sectors based on portfolio analysis.

- Ability to build relationship with clients and internal stakeholders

- Entrepreneurial mind set for interacting with clients and internal groups for deal execution.

- Building relationships- ability to interact with internal and external clients and establish rapport

- Ability to Communicate information effectively- articulate information, challenge ideas & convince people

- Driving Success- ability to seize opportunity& pursue goals, take action

- Team player with ability to work effectively across various functions in the bank
