Job Description:
- 6 years of experience in handling relationship management focusing on HNWI, Institutions & family houses.
- He/she should possess extensive experience in sales and customer service and has technical knowledge relevant to the industry.
- He or she develops a deep understanding of the technical and business challenges that clients face, then identifies opportunities to increase sales of related products and services.
- He or she uses his account knowledge for setting revenue targets and identifying resources needed to meet them.
- In addition, he or she identifies and organizes training, planned maintenance and other services, helping clients use the company's products more productively
- Principal Accountability:
- Should have sound understanding of Wealth Management Products.
- Ability to work in partnership and drive business in association with Federal Bank.
- Build AUM by acquiring& managing High/Ultra High Net worth customers.
- Regularly review client portfolios and make recommendations in line with the risk profile of the customers
- Ensures highest level of service to the customers.
- Adherence to all regulatory, statutory and corporate compliance standards.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of local language.
Qualification & Experienced Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management Sales/Business.
- Must be graduate and have great command over English & Regional Language.
- Should have strong internal communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent Relationship Management skills - prospecting, signing new relationships, nurturing existing ones and deepening the effort for incremental asset growth
- Ability to effectively network across markets and generate potential business leads
- Extensive HNWI client handling & transaction closure experience
- Strong blend of analytical thinking and operations execution.
- Excellent eye for details.
