A financial Institution is looking out for people with wealth management background. This job role is acquisition of HNI clients & work on their surplus which they can invest. This is a pure sales oriented role. The candidate should be aware of Mutual Fund & Insurance products.
About the role
Key Deliverables of the Role:
- The key deliverable for the organization this year is increased AUM's and New To Organization clients (NTO)
- Hence the key objective of the Relationship Manager would be to acquire qualified NTO's with minimum wallet share of 25L
- Another key objective of the Relationship Manager would be to deepen existing relationships
- Formulate plans to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.
- Providing seamless and superior service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience of acquiring HNI client relationships and deepening AUM with existing clients as a part of Wealth management division of banks/boutique wealth management firm, Part of PCG desk of securities firms, NBFC firms
- Must be an individual revenue writer in current role; must have prior experience in generating leads and acquiring business from HNIs - should have strong relationships with most of his HNI clients for a minimum period of 2 years
Salary Range: 10-12 LPA
