Hence the key objective of the Relationship Manager would be to acquire qualified NTO’s with minimum wallet share of 25L which should deepen to 1cr plus over the year  - Another key objective of the Relationship Manager would be to deepen existing relationships  - Formulate plans to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio.  - Providing seamless and superior service delivery  - Ensuring compliance with key regulatory requirements   Desired Candidate Profile:  - Experience of acquiring HNI client relationships and deepening AUM with existing clients as a part of Wealth management division of banks/boutique wealth management firm, Part of PCG desk of securities firms, NBFC firms  - Must be an individual revenue writer in current role; must have prior experience in generating leads and acquiring business from HNIs - should have strong relationships with most of his HNI clients for a minimum period of 2 years  - Should be handling clients with ticket size of INR 1cr+  - Should be managing a current book size / AUM of atleast 80 cr.   Banks- branch banking heads of prestigious locations  - Equity dealers in PCG/VCG departments handling 1cr+ clients  Salary Bracket:  Salary Bracket for this role is between 20.00 lakhs p.a – 30.00 lakhs p.a   Incentive Scheme:  - Incentive scheme which is revenue linked, Payout for the same is on quarterly basis  - AUM based bonus plan  - Lower revenue target in first year  - Enablers to the role:  - Acquisition enabler: Telecalling unit provides qualified meetings   - Service enabler: Service Manager is responsible for delivering client service excellence and is One-point-contact for all client feedback & queries  Rajesh Pawar | Executive Director | Career Management Services ( CMS ) Mobile : +91. 0.922 340 6463 | 0.808 783 2525 Visit us on : www.careercms.com
