Ability to and a liking to handle investors and investment accounts in all important categories like HNIs, SMEs, Institutional and Corporate Investors. Relationship management and advisory, and equipping self towards that objective over a period of time
Fairly good understanding of Fixed Income and Equity Markets.
Good presentation skills and communication skills to pitch for advisory and Wealth Products to the clients from both corporate and non-corporate category
Should be able to do cross-selling on all the accounts over a period of time based on risk profile and suitability
Ability to sustain business relationships through meaningful advisory and prompt delivery with regard to key deliverables
Asset or AUM building and revenue generation, to make the unit of operation profitable over a period of three to six months
