The Company is an independent full-service investment advisory firm, objective is to provide unbiased advice and services to the investor using a wide range of financial products
Minimum Educational Requirements :
- Post Graduation in finance or marketing
- AMFI Certifications compulsory
Prior Work Experience :
- Minimum 2 yrs relevant experience
- Minimum 8 yrs relevant experience will get possible team handing opportunity
Specific Knowledge and Skills –
- Investment industry and Financial Planning related certifications as applicable as per Regulations
- Understanding of the full range of investment expertise in wealth management and related products, services and processes.
- Capacity to work with demanding clients and diverse groups of people – client centered approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong in Problem Solving skills and strategic thinking abilities

WORKING CONDITIONS :
Local travel for client meetings with occasional out of station travel, if client acquisition is required outside.
1. Client Acquisition - Identify potential HNI clients and develop new relationships :
- Develop leads and referrals from current clients and outside contacts
- Be the first line of relationship from Company side for clients
- Assess investment needs based on client risk profile and requirements
- Offer appropriate investment solutions aligned to client requirements
- Discuss investment performance, economic and market trends
- Presentations to clients on financial and tax planning options and opportunities
2. Client Relationship Mgt – Manage ongoing communication and service delivery :
- Maintain prompt and regular communication channels with the client, update various market and regulator related information, etc.
- Manage client support personnel, which typically includes people in close proximity with client and have influencing ability on clients investment decisions
- Direct consultation with attorneys, accountants and other advisors on financial, tax and Estate Planning
- Seek to increase wallet size through additions to existing Assets under Management
- Represent Wealth Advisor’s investment philosophy/views to client
3. Investment Advisory :
- Develop a knowledge of the client and his/her family's entire financial profile and be able to structure a goals based investment and financial plan.
- Ability to establish client investment objectives including risk tolerance, asset allocation, and cash requirements
- Develop an investment policy statement with each client based on their goals, objectives and risk tolerance.
- Collaborate and confirm with the Central Advisory Team regarding investment strategy and client portfolio structure.
- Implementation of investment plans
- Monitor asset allocation on a quarterly basis relative to policy and goals; evaluates need to rebalance
- Review portfolio issues (i.e., taxes, liquidity events, capital calls, etc.) at regular intervals.
- Establish a level of trust and confidence with the client so that any financial issue can be addressed and solutions offered.
Salary range 6 lacs -12lacs
