Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager in Wealth, you will play a pivotal role in developing and expanding high-net-worth (HNW) customer relationships with a focus on liabilities.

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional service, enhance the customer experience, and drive the growth of the bank's wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Development:

- Develop and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients to grow the bank's liabilities portfolio.

- Provide personalized banking services and financial solutions to meet the unique needs of HNW customers.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.

- Maintain a comprehensive relationship record for each assigned customer account.

Cross-Selling and Product Promotion:

- Cross-sell existing bank products, including liabilities, to existing and prospective clients.

- Inform clients about new products and enhancements to deepen their banking relationship.

Sales Initiatives and Events:

- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives, events, and presentations for clients to promote the bank's products and services.

- Coordinate with other group companies to offer a seamless range of financial products and services.

Customer Satisfaction:

- Track and address customer complaints and queries promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor turnaround times and ensure effective resolution of customer issues.

Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong banking relationships with a select group of high-net-worth clients through tailored service and regular interaction.

- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to enhance their banking experience.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about market trends and developments in mutual funds (MF) and insurance products to better serve clients.

Leverage this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within private banking or wealth management.

- Strong understanding of banking products, particularly in the context of liabilities, mutual funds, and insurance.

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship-building and client retention.

- Ability to plan and execute sales initiatives and client events effectively.
