- Product Launches: Taking responsibility for launching new products into the market.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high-quality customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
- End-to-End Product Management: Handling all aspects of the product lifecycle from application processing to disbursement.
- Internal Coordination: Working with different departments such as Credit and Operations to ensure smooth processes.
- Channel Partner Acquisition: Recruiting and managing channel partners for product sourcing.
- Relationship Management: Strengthening relationships with bank branches and existing clients while monitoring performance.
- Risk Management: Minimizing fraudulent or risky proposals entering the system.
- Feedback and Improvement: Providing feedback to the central team for product and process improvements.
- Training: Conducting training sessions for sales executives and direct selling agents on selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Team Management: Creating a performance-driven environment by effectively managing teams to enhance motivation and productivity.
