- Acquire new to bank SME customers by providing corporate banking solutions while maintaining high service standards.

- Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank.

- Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities and increase customer stickiness by offering corporate banking products like Tax payment, Internet Banking, trade products, CMS etc.

- Deepen the existing relationships by providing them corporate solutions like Trade & Forex, CMS & SME Loans.

- Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.

- Acquire new customers by converting referral leads.

- Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.

- Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.

- Coordinate with the Service Team to resolve any issue raised by the client.

- Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.

- Acquiring New Customers: The primary goal is to bring in new SME customers to the bank by offering corporate banking solutions. This involves understanding their needs and proposing appropriate banking products and services.


- Maintaining Customer Profiles: Keeping thorough records of each customer's profile including their risk level, demographics, and assets held within the bank. This information helps in providing personalized services and managing risk effectively. Increasing Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers regularly to strengthen relationships and increase their usage of banking products. This could involve organizing events, providing educational materials, or offering incentives to encourage active participation.


- Offering Corporate Banking Products: Introducing and promoting various corporate banking products such as tax payment services, internet banking, trade products, Cash Management Services (CMS), etc., to existing and potential customers.


- Deepening Relationships: Providing tailored corporate solutions to existing customers to meet their evolving needs. This might include offering services related to trade finance, foreign exchange, cash management, and SME loans.


- Identifying Sales Opportunities: Actively seeking out potential customers who would benefit from the bank's products and services, and tailoring solutions to match their requirements.


- Converting Referral Leads: Following up on leads provided by referrals and turning them into actual customers through effective sales techniques and relationship building.


- Meeting Targets: Working towards achieving monthly targets set by the organization, which could include metrics such as revenue generated, number of new customers acquired, or product penetration rates.


- RM Management: Recording all customer interactions and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain accurate records and track progress.


- Collaborating with Service Team: Coordinating with the service team to address any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly and efficiently.


- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) regulations, as well as other relevant legislation governing banking operations to maintain the bank's integrity and trustworthiness.


- Overall, this role involves a combination of sales, relationship management, and compliance responsibilities to drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.


- Experience is 1-3 years.
