Relationship Manager - Trade Finance - BFSI

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- Ensure stability of income from an existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients

- Add value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loan.

- Use credit knowledge and knowledge of various products for deal structuring

- Maintain relationships with business banking to originate business

- Manage relationship with the customers by increasing the book size

- Manage trade finance, general blog operation for cash management services i.e., the working capital cycle of the company

Deliverables:

- Acquire and maintain business loans clients for the bank

- Perform various financing activities as per the customer's requirement

- Maintain number of current account (CA) balance

- Increase wallet share by cross-selling products to the customer

- Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance

Product/Customer Handled - Working capital, Term loan, Project finance

Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to negotiate deals, along with the ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment

- Strong sales and relationship management skills

- Ability to identifying key issues in complex problems/ assignments and analyze those to make effective decisions

- Ability to have a firm grasp of the processes and make changes in the system to improve performance

- Credit Knowledge: To assess the company's financials (i.e. loss, rating, PAT (profit after tax) etc. of the company)

Qualification - MBA / Any Post Graduate/ Graduate can apply
