Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the supply chain ecosystem.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored SCF solutions to enhance their working capital management.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

2. Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote SCF products and services.

Financial Analysis:

- Conduct financial assessments and credit analyses to evaluate client eligibility for SCF programs.

- Monitor and report on client performance and SCF program utilization.

3. Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams (credit, operations, and legal) to ensure seamless implementation of SCF solutions.

- Coordinate with external partners, such as banks and financial institutions, to optimize client offerings.

4. Market Insights:

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to advise clients effectively.

- Provide insights to improve product offerings and client satisfaction.
