Relationship Manager - Supply Chain Finance

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Manager for our Supply Chain Finance division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the supply chain finance portfolio by offering tailored financial solutions to corporates, their suppliers, and buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Identify and onboard new clients for supply chain finance solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, suppliers, and buyers to enhance customer retention.

Product Structuring & Solution Delivery:

- Understand client needs and structure customized supply chain finance solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financing transactions.

Portfolio Management:

- Monitor and manage the performance of the supply chain finance portfolio.

- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring portfolio quality.

Business Development:

- Drive revenue growth by cross-selling and upselling relevant financial products.

- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competition to provide strategic inputs.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure all transactions comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.

- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of necessary documentation.
