Department: Corporate & Institutional Finance (Structured Finance domain)

Location: Bangalore

Role / Designation: Relationship Manager

Work Experience: 4 to 8 years in mid / large corporate groups of NBFC / Bank, with experience in Business and Credit functions

The role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-growing segment in the structured credit domain with exposure to complex transaction structures, varied industries and company profiles

Key Responsibilities:

1) Business Development- Support in business development and execution. The role will involve support in originating and executing structured transactions

2) Transaction management - Preparation of Information memorandum / notes / financial models, conduct deal due-diligence & financial / credit analysis and support underwriting and execution of transactions

3) Ensure compliance with sanction terms and internal policies across the loan life cycle including timely security creation, legal documentation, covenant compliance, routine business operations and disbursement activities

4) Liaise with different stakeholders across functions (internal & external), understand perspectives and manage relationships

5) Portfolio management including monitoring on credit risk metrics, highlighting early warning signals, conducting periodic reviews, support audit and other hygiene processes

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Experience - 4 to 8 years of experience in Corporate or Structured Finance domains of an NBFC or Bank (Mid / Large Corporate groups)

2) Education - MBA Finance / CA

3) Skills & Competencies - Credit Analysis, Financial Analysis, Financial Modelling, Relationship management, Problem Solving, Portfolio Management

4) Structured Finance Domain - Exposure in Equity Buyout/Partnership Purchase/ Private Equity/Promoter loan/M&A funding/ VC buyback/Equity Infusion etc.
