Job Role : Relationship Manager for resolution of Special Attention Accounts
Grade : Senior Manager / Chief Manager
Experience : Min 6-7 Yrs
Qualification : CA / MBA / LLB / ICWA
Functional Responsibilities :
- Resolution of special attention accounts, across segments
- Existing book clients management
- Deal Structuring, negotiation with clients and agreement on term sheets
- Meeting other lenders, other agencies, PEs and stakeholders
- Timely preparation of documents (For internal circulations and approvals/For communication with the clients)
Functional Competencies :
- Relationship management
- Understanding of internal processes and requirements
- Ability to analyse balance sheets and understand client businesses
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Ability to read and understand (PPAs, Concession agreements, Contracts for EPC, Vendor contracts, MOUs/Agreements)
- Data gathering and proposal writing
- Co-ordination with client and internal teams for exchange of information, documents, compliance requirements etc
- Work together as a team with internal teams, other lenders, lawyers, clients, ARC or any other counterparty
- Work with outmost secrecy and confidentiality
- Internal MIS and client accounting
- Information gathering on existing clients and environmental development, relating to our industry
- Collect overdues from client and keep track of regular information flows
