Profile
- Capability building of branches & channels on CMS solutions
- CMS solution selling to current account & TASC customers
- Structuring solution bouquet depending on client's requirement, comprising of standard, evolved & digital solutions
- Work closely with field team in identification & conversion of customers on CMS solutions & Studying of their catchment and penetrating the market for higher share
- Engage with branch leadership to drive CMS & grow portfolio in assigned geography
- Candidate shall have excellent relationship skills and be willing to engage with internal field team (branches & channels) and customers on CMS business
- Candidate shall have excellent relationship skills to work closely with branches & drive activation on CMS solutions
- Candidate shall have excellent analytical skills to understand market factors, customer's sector and business to identify market opportunities & develop sales strategy
- Ability to engage meaningfully with customers, senior business leaders and other stakeholders (internal & external)
- Eagerness to learn multiple CMS products & functions and translate knowledge into identify & proposing value adding solutions to SME customers
- Confident with strong interpersonal, communication &negotiation skills
- Self driven with eagerness to deliver sales & revenue targets
- A self starter with flexibility to both work independently and as part of a team
- Candidate shall have liking for engaging with different people & networking with key influencer's
