Acquisition Relationship Manager :
Company & BU information : SME, part of Wholesale Banking Group, deals with corporates having turnover between fifty to five hundred crores. These new corporates have unique and challenging banking needs.
Grade : Manager/Sr Manager/Chief Manager
Job Specifications :- As Acquisition RM, you will be introducing new clients to the bank
- Build a strong and robust customer base to increase the balances and earn revenue by providing them high standards of service on an ongoing basis
- Maintain strong relationships with acquired customers to facilitate day-to-day transactions
- Have knowledge of basic banking and products such as TRADE, FOREX, CMS, to seamlessly manage customer queries
- Have an understanding of industry segments for reaching out to target corporate customers
- To be constantly abreast of general economic and market indicators
Key Deliverables :- New To Bank Accounts
- Cross-Sell all banking product
- Documentation of loan doc and Disbursement Support
Qualification & Experience :- MBA or CA
- Minimum Experience ; 3 years
- Stays abreast of the key trends in identified markets and leverages that knowledge when engaging with customers
- Anticipates and analyses client expectation
- Understands the importance of ethics when dealing
- Understands the importance of and the principles of credit appraisal/risk
