We are hiring for one of the leading NBFC Client:

Role Description:

- To source and manage the commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships in order to meet the pre-set financial non-financial objectives.

- Establish new borrowing relationships for SME and LAP customers, preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the organisation policies and procedures to build the Organisation market share in this space with a healthy and Profitable Portfolio.

- Spread and analyse financial statements, preparation of credit application, documentation & post-sanction monitoring through periodic account review/renewal.

- Build and Manage the loan portfolio to ensure establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Organisation credit policy to maximise earnings while containing risks to an acceptable levels.

- Develop and maintain strong working relations with all clients at key levels to optimise the utilisation of approved facilities.

- Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e. financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, periodical client visits call reports.

Skills :

- Knowledge on Corporate, SME & LAP Client Relationship.

- Understanding of Non Standard Collateral and their Legal Aspects

- Good Understanding and existing relationship - with SME client base.

- Decent reach over the SME customers thru personal- contacts, links to Associations and Financial Consultants.

- Good skills in assessment of Credit Risk, spread and Financial Analysis.

- Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting and related Services.
