ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Acquisition of SME profile clients. Originate NTB through direct sourcing, focus turnover range up to 100 cr.

- Deliver month on month targets on SME-Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health, well aware about the local market & good knowledge of working capital products.

- Relationship Management on boarded Clients & Focus to increase the book size and profitability of the portfolio.

- Ensuring that the Utilization in the portfolio is above the prescribed norm.

- Manage Connector Engagements and have a good connect with them & Trade associations.

- Closely work with Credit team for loan appraisal and effective risk management.

- Client/account management throughout the tenure of relationship.
