Profile :
- Managing long term relationship with new & existing clients for selling financial products
- Driving sales in the assigned region.
- Responsible for obtaining profitable sales results using pro-active management on daily basis.
- Working closely with other job functions in the organisation to improve overall services level.
- Setting of long term and short term sales strategies & managing the sales activities of the assigned products and services.
- Developing a monthly operating plan covering sales, meeting agreed targets and promoting the organisation's presence in the specific region.
- Evaluating appropriate new sales techniques and ensuring its timely implementation in order to increase sales volume of the region.
- Monitoring the performance by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings.
- Providing high standards of on-going training for sales representatives so that they possess sufficient knowledge to present information on the company's products in an accurate and balanced manner.
- Developing the team through motivation, counselling, skill development and product knowledge development.
Salary offered: 12 - 15 LPA
