Job Overview:
- As a Relationship Manager in Retail Banking, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers.
- Your role involves expanding these relationships, providing exceptional service, and cross-selling banking products.
- You will also be instrumental in coordinating with other departments to offer a comprehensive suite of services to your clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing High Net Worth customers.
- Offer personalized banking services and solutions tailored to individual client needs.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly, aiming for high satisfaction levels.
Product Promotion and Cross-Selling:
- Cross-sell existing bank products and services to enhance customer relationships.
- Keep customers informed about new products, services, and enhancements that can benefit them.
Sales Initiatives and Events:
- Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events to attract prospective clients and engage existing ones.
- Identify opportunities for hosting client-focused events and seminars to strengthen relationships.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work with other departments and group companies to provide clients with seamless access to a broader range of products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
Relationship Record Management:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences.
- Ensure all client information is accurately documented and updated.
Complaint and Query Management:
- Track and manage customer complaints and queries effectively.
- Monitor turnaround times and ensure resolutions meet customer expectations.
Financial Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate an understanding of mutual funds (MF) and insurance products to provide comprehensive advice.
- Stay updated on financial products and market trends to offer relevant guidance to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in retail banking or a similar role, particularly with High Net Worth clients.
- Customer Service: Strong focus on customer service with the ability to handle complex queries and issues.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and promote banking products effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining client records and handling inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or an MBA is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of financial products, including mutual funds and insurance, is advantageous.
- Experience: Previous experience in managing relationships with High Net Worth individuals or in a sales-focused role within a private bank
