Relationship Manager - Retail Assets Portfolio - Home Loans/LAP - Bank

Looking for Relationship Management professionals for a Foreign sector bank having exposure in handling the retail assets portfolio (Home loan, LAP, Mortgages).

Location- Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad

Exp- 4-12 years

Job responsibilities:

- Garner Loan against Property and Housing loan portfolio.

- Cross-functional association with channel partners, consultants, Developers, etc. For achieving targets and timelines.

- Continuous monitoring of disbursement with proper MIS for the management

- Cross Sell of Insurance, other products like liabilities products: Current Account, Saving Account and third party products.

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, and maintain high level of customer service.

- Responsible for new customers / channel development for sustained business.

- Adherence to internal policies and KYC norms while doing business.
