Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance - Investment Banking

Looking to induct aggressive, self motivating Professionals for the Role of Overall Job Responsibilities include Deal Origination across the spectrum in the sector, End to end handling of the transaction and building the Revenue Stream of the Firm. Incumbent should have an eye for Detail, an agile mind with strong business acumen, Relationships with Relevant players in the sector and an in-depth Sectoral Knowledge.

Management Degree from Premier Management Institutes and/or First attempt

- Rank holder Chartered Accountant with relevant experience. Having an Engineering Degree shall be an added advantage

Job Role :

- Market Understanding including sizing up of the Industry and crystalizing the target universe and then cherry picking within

- Identification of prospects for Investment Banking proposal(s), in the space of Structured Finance, Debt Syndication (domestic and international finance), Private Equity, M&A, Advisory Services for Capital and Corporate Structuring / Re-structuring

- Key Account Management for Revenue and Referrals

- Handling the Transaction, End to end from Sourcing to closure

- Negotiation with the Stakeholders for Mandates, closure of Term Sheets and

Finalization of Deal Structure

Support the preparation of Collaterals including:

- Pitch Book

- Analysis of the Target Company/Sector

- Information Memorandum and Cash flow statements for the

Transaction

- Industry Analysis for the relevant geography

Knowledge

- Preferably having basic understanding / knowledge about Real Estate sector including Applicable Development Control Regulations, relevant regulatory laws (incl. RERA) and compliances

- Proven track Record in fast paced, high Growth & Competitive Environment

- Ability to work with multiple Stake holders both internal and externa temperament to be able to handle the conflicting situations
