- Establish a system for sourcing of transactions that fit into the credit lending philosophy of the company.
- Evaluate proposals of debt and structured finance for real estate developers / ME credit / promoter funding across India.
- Financial analysis of clients & markets, identification and mitigation of risk identified.
- Structuring deals & presenting to committees for approval.
- Keeping abreast of all regulatory and economic developments taking place in the sector and establish a system for efficient risk management framework
- Strong execution skills (financial modelling, valuation, due diligence & risk management)
- Candidate from Bank (construction finance team) or NBFC with 10 years + experience, of which at least 5 years in the Real Estate segment - either in Credit or Risk role, financing Commercial and Residential real Estate Projects.
