- Business Development & Relationship Management:
- Originate and source new deals in the market. Identify new opportunities with existing clients.
- Maintain relationship with external consultants and deal advisors for sourcing new business.
- Engaging & maintaining relationships with the top management and promoters
- Finalizing and closing term sheets with developers and liaising for complying pre-disbursement & post documentation requirements
- Portfolio & Asset Management:
- Ensuring all compliances and covenants are completed. Liaise with multiple teams including Credit, Technical & Risk regularly.
- Drive debt reduction, track construction progress, and review business plans regularly
- Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Monitoring
- Preparing investment committee notes, presentations, and financial models
- Recovery of Interest & Principal from borrowers
- Market Intelligence & Compliance:
- Arbitrating with external & internal stakeholders for timely closing of technical & legal due diligence
- Ensuring regular monitoring of accounts through Sales MIS review and construction progress tracking
Person Requirements:
- MBA / CA with 4+ years of Real Estate Finance experience
- Strong communication & relationship skills
- Ability to negotiate & close deals
- Analytical bent of mind & comfortable with numbers
