Relationship Manager - Real Estate Finance

Actively involved in the execution of mandates for fund raising for real estate developers

- Financial, business, industry analysis and feasibility study of projects

- Developing financial models with future projections, information memorandum for the project, bank reports and other documents for the investors/lenders

- Negotiation with Banks/Financial Institutions/investors on key terms of the proposed debt facility

- Liaising with Banks/Financial institutions/investors for getting the proposal sanction, legal due diligence, documentation, disbursement and post disbursement formalities

- Actively participating in discussion with financial investors as well as clients for understanding their business, their funding requirements, coordinating with them for documents, solving investor queries, etc.

Business Development :

- Providing industry analysis and tracking market trends in the real estate segment in key metro cities

- Preparing pitch reports by undertaking detailed company profiling to summarize operations, financials, credit rating agencies reviews and analyst commentaries for the top management to negotiate with the prospective clients.

- Also actively involved in assisting the business development team
