Relationship Manager- Real Estate - NBFC
Job Summary : New Client Acquisition, Existing Client new business generation, Deal Structuring and Deal conclusion ; Buy Side, work along with sell side to close transaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- To generate business in any segment (Syndication, strategy advisory, Land Intermediation, Asset Management)
- Market Understanding including sizing up of the industry and crystalizing the target universe
- Identification of prospects for Investment Banking proposal(s), in the space of Structured Finance, Debt Syndication (domestic and international finance), Private Equity, M&A, Advisory Services for Capital and Corporate
Structuring / Restructuring :
- To work on Target List, Generate Business
- Key Account Management for Revenue and Referrals
- Handling the Transaction, End to end from Sourcing to closure
- Negotiation with the Stakeholders for Mandates, closure of Term Sheets and Finalization of Deal Structure
Support the preparation of Collaterals including :
- Pitch Book
- Analysis of the Target Company/Sector
- Information Memorandum and Cash flow statements for the Transaction
- Deep Knowledge on Industry more particularly in relevant geography both formal and informal information
