Relationship Manager - Project Finance/Structured Finance - Banking

- Developing relationships with International Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Managing Client partner relationships across geographies

- Travelling to meet Clients and Banks internationally for the development of new relationships, existing relationships and Transaction specific closures.

- Pitching and on-boarding of new clients sourced by Business sourcing teams.

- Analysis and review of the financial statements,

- Manage financial modeling requirements for bidding of Infrastructure projects

- Business valuations in coordination with consultants and auditors

- Knowledge of Project Finance/ECA financing.

- Handling large ticket size proposal.

- Preparation of Notes/write up and Project Appraisal
