Position Title : Project Finance Group

Business Group : Wholesale Banking Group

Job Description :

Deal Origination / Deal Sourcing (major part sourcing ) till closing the deal

- Understand the volume of the project

- Risks involved in the project

- Any peculiarities of the project which need consideration

- Financial requirements for the project

- Forecast the expected revenues

Requirements from Candidates

Candidate from similar background is fit for the role with deal origination background (major) / otherwise with thorough understanding of profile & ready for 80-90% in to sourcing from non project funding background

- CA / MBA with relevent years of experience with a track record in Corporate / Project / Structured Finance transaction

- Preferably working with Private banks, NBFCs where the emphasis on fund raising and banking relationships is high

- Existing relationships with Indian banks / NBFCs / Capital Market Investors

- Responsible for team leadership and individual contribution

- Skilled in Fund Raising, Commercial Contract Negotiation and so on.

- Experience in Due Diligence, Term Loan, Off Balance Sheet Funding, Project Finance, M&A and Credit Analysis.

- Consistent First Class Performer throughout the academic session

- Possess insightful knowledge in the various sectors where project funding is on higher side

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong team building and organizational capabilities coupled with analytical and problem solving skills
