Job Specification:

A. Demographics:

Role - Manager - PMS Business Development

Education Background - MBA / PGDBM

Work Experience - 5-8 years of experience.

B. Role Purpose:

Role is to maximize sales of PMS products by planning and implementing organization strategies/activities to achieve the given targets

C. Key Accountabilities:

1. To increase the penetration and market share of PMS products in their respective geographies

2. Liase with clients and build rapport to increase penetration of PMS products

3. Increase visibility of PMS products

4. Responsible for PMS product training to internal ICICI AMC RMs

5. Think Out of the box for creating more penetration and sales in PMS.

6. Handling PMS queries and services issues for all existing PMS products
