Job description :

- Managing NRI Business for 20 Branches of North region

- Sourcing NRI NTB Customers through self sourcing and references

- Service Management and problem Solving for all the branches

- Deepening and enhancing book size of NRI Business

- Cross selling FD, FCNR, PIS, Home Loans, Mutual Funds

- Building and managing team of NRI RM's for North Region

- Management of micro marketing activities for NRI segment of NCR, Punjab and Jaipur branches

- Responsible for finding alternatives for betterment of customer service and reduction in turn around time
