Relationship Manager - NRI
Job Description:
Achieving the revenue targets and targets assigned in terms of acquiring, enhancing and upgrading the HNW relationships.
- Deepen, Enhance and manage the NR Preferred Customers
- Cross sell of family accounts,PIS, E-Broking,Home Loans etc
- Cross sell of Bank products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investment Services account.
- Handling Inward & Outward remittances
- Help the Branches in Promotional and Lead generation activity for NR accounts to meet NR budget targets
- Assist and train the Branches on NR Product and Processes
- Handling all service requests for NR HNW customers Implementation of the Sales Process
- Managing / Servicing existing client relationships and bring in new relationships through referrals/ active solicitation.
- Resolution of customer queries & complaints
- Client interaction will be on e-mail/ phone.
Required Profile
- Experience in Customer relationship management, including sales of Third Party Investment Products.
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional Post-Graduation preferred
- AMFI certified preferable
