The core role is summarised below :
- Acquisition of qualified NTO's (New To Organization) with minimum wallet share of 25L which should deepen to 1 - 3 cr plus over the year
- Market mapping and handling lead generation activities to maximize the pool to acquire new HNI (High Networth Individuals) client relationships. These relationships are calculated as individuals, corporates, trusts, families, etc.
- Maintain the highest degree of knowledge skill required to be able to service these clients for products and services in the wealth management space. This includes a strong working knowledge acrossproduct performances, taxation norms, global & domestic macroeconomics, etc.
- Strict and detailed adherence to all regulatory guidelines stipulated by the organization as well as regulators across various services that are provided to the clients.
Desired skill sets :
- Must have prior experience in generating leads and acquiring the business from HNIs. Should have experience in handling clients with ticket size of INR 25 lacs +
- Ability to approach prospects through multiple sources of a network including but not only families managed in the past.
- Last employment in the role of a Relationship Manager should be for a period of not less than 3 years in the same role.
