Position Purpose:
To develop & manage relationships with SME & Mid Corporate Group Segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coverage of clients with revenues in upto of Rs. 2,000 Crs.
- Ownership of business development as per agreed plans
- Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement; Build relationships at CXO/CFO levels
- Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank
- Cross Sell Bank products ( salary account/retail CA an SA, forex, DCM, Trade, CMS etc)
- Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAs.
- Franchise & brand building activities
