Role:
- Originating and developing new relationships with emphasis on MFIs and NBFCs and managing existing credit relationships to achieve volume & revenue budgets.
- Responsible for achieving business budgets wrt volumes and revenue.
- Assisting in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans as well as administering and monitoring relationships.
- Regularly monitoring credit quality of client portfolio and make recommendation to business strategies.
- Ensuring CMS and Corporate Salary set ups for the customers. Achieving Fx income targets.
- Crystallizing value added deals with clients having high fee potential
- Maintaining good relationships & working closely with RL and other verticals of the Bank
Requirement :
- Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience.
- MBA Finance with minimum 5 years of experience
- Good analytical skills
- Experience in lending to MFIs (Microfinance) and structured products.
- Strong financial Analysis Skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong communication (Written and Oral)
- Eye For detail
