Job Description:
Eka Life is seeking a skilled and proactive Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the real estate industry,excellent communication skills,and a deep understanding of the Gurgaon market to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong,long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients,addressing inquiries,concerns, and providing solutions.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell real estate services and products to maximize revenue.
- Assist clients in selecting properties that meet their needs and investment goals.
Market Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Gurgaon micro-market to offer clients tailored solutions.
- Stayupdated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Negotiation and Closure:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals for the organization.
- Collaborate with sales and closing teams to ensure seamless transactions.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports on client interactions,sales performance,and market insights.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and transaction history.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-10 Years in the real estate industry,preferably in client-facing roles.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market.
- Excellent communication,negotiation,and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
- Self-motivated,target-driven,and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
