Relationship Manager - Loans

RM Role (Reporting to CEO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing of deals

- Structuring of the deals.

- Financial modelling and preparation of presentations for internal approvals

- Liase with legal team as well as client for the documentation of the deal

- Disbursement of the debt facility sanctioned to client

- Managing post disbursement activities

- Monitoring of existing portfolio

- Regular communication with Clients for various aspects for the above

Requirement:

- CA(preferably Ranker or 1st attempt) or MBA (from Tier I colleges)

- Experience Requirement: 2-8 year

- Relevant work experience in lending to atleast one of the sectors - Healthcare or Education or Warehousing/logistics

- Good analytical and presentation skills
