Relationship Manager - Loan Syndication - BFS

Role Summary: Generation and Execution of debt syndication transactions across sectors with key responsibility of Credit Assessment, Financial Modelling, relationship management (Banks , NBFC, FIs) , developing sectoral knowledge and execution of debt syndication transactions.

Responsibilities/ Job Description :

- Project Appraisal, Involving detailed financial modelling, technical, industry and risk analysis.

- Credit Assessment

- Preparation of Information Memorandum, representation to lenders and making presentations on the projects, interacting with various banks, holding lenders meets for allocation and distribution of debt and execution of common documents.

- Evaluation of term sheets / loan agreements, structuring the transactions, coordination with clients behalf for legal / financial due diligence

- Co-ordination with lenders from the proposal filing stage till security creation and first disbursement including alignment of terms and conditions of sanction to facilitate common documentation

- Co-ordination with internal stakeholders including Business, Product, Risk , Legal etc for conclusion of sell down transaction

- Existing Relationship with various lenders including Banks, NBFC, FIs including their Corporate Finance Branch, Wholesale banking division at HO & zonal offices

- Basic sectoral understanding cross segment including Roads, Renewable Power, Airport and Real estate , Hospitality, Healthcare, Education , Manufacturing etc .

- To ensure compliance at all times with regulatory/ statutory requirements and internal policies
