Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve ambitious deposit (CASA) and SME loan growth targets.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients within the assigned catchment area.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Recommend and customize a wide range of banking solutions, including current accounts, savings accounts (CASA), and SME loans.
- Oversee account activation and ensure exceptional customer service to maximize wallet share and client retention.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities based on client profiles, risk appetite, and financial needs.
- Streamline account management processes and contribute to branch-level service efficiency improvements.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide ongoing financial guidance, and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of bank-led initiatives for community development and livelihood advancement.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- In-depth understanding of CASA (Current & Savings Accounts) and SME loan products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (preferred)
