- Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities by sourcing customers.

- Sources new bank customers through external individual efforts and acquisition channel.

- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.

- Cross sells bank products to existing set of Branch customers which are mapped.

- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.

- Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.

- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.

- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.

- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.

- As a Liabilities Relationship Manager at our bank, you'll be responsible for developing new relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) customers and expanding existing ones in the liabilities domain. Your primary focus will be on sourcing new customers while ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and adherence to bank policies.


- Customer Acquisition: Utilize both individual efforts and acquisition channels to source new bank customers, particularly focusing on the HNW segment. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of customer service orientation, ensuring that customers receive personalized attention and that all interactions comply with bank policies and regulations.


- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products to existing branch customers, leveraging your relationship-building skills to expand the scope of banking relationships.


- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products or enhancements, proactively informing customers to encourage further engagement with the bank. Sales Initiatives: Plan and execute special sales initiatives and events tailored to both prospective and existing clients, aiming to deepen relationships and drive business growth.


- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other group companies within the organization to provide seamless access to a wider range of products and services, enhancing the overall customer experience.


- Relationship Management: Maintain comprehensive records for all assigned customer accounts, ensuring that all interactions and transactions are accurately documented. Customer Feedback: Track customer complaints and queries, monitoring turnaround times to ensure prompt resolution and overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in relationship management, particularly within the banking or financial services sector. Strong understanding of banking products and services, with the ability to effectively cross-sell to diverse customer segments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with HNW clients. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
